Refund policy

Non-Refundable Purchases: All purchases made through Youniquely Yours are final sale and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except in the case of damaged goods.

Exception for Damaged Goods: We understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged due to unforeseen circumstances during shipping or handling. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page or Instagram DM within 5 days of receiving your order to report the issue.

Damaged Goods Compensation: If your product is confirmed to be damaged, we will provide compensation in the form of a replacement product at no additional cost to you. The replacement product will be shipped within 3-5 business days of confirming the damage.

Reporting Damaged Goods: To report damaged goods, please provide the following information:

    • Order number
    • Description of the damage
    • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
